What is JumpIt Pass?
JumpIt Pass is a monthly membership service for access to the BEST kid’s classes in your area.  Families can discover and schedule classes at a variety of venues offering classes for kids ages 0 -6.  Classes provide a wide range of opportunities for families: music, arts and crafts, dance, gymnastics, sports and much more.

 

Is there a monthly commitment or more?
You can choose a monthly membership which is recurring or you can now simply book a la carte without a membership or any commitment.

 

How does booking A La Carte Work?
You can browse classes and book them without a membership plan.  You must create an account but you will not be charged until you book a class.  The same venue restrictions apply (i.e. cannot visit a given venue more than 3x/mo).  Please note a la carte bookings are charged at retail prices.

 

How much does a JumpIt Pass membership cost?
There are 4 ways to discover the best kid’s classes in your neighborhood with a membership.  You can choose the plan that’s best for you and your family:
-THE STARTER PLAN- $59/month for 3 classes
-THE ADVENTURE PLAN- $89/month for 5 classes
-THE UNLIMITED PLAN- $129/month for unlimited classes
-THE FAMILY PLAN- $228/month for unlimited classes for your family (for up to two kids, $​70​/month for each additional kid).

 

What does membership get you?
Membership allows you to book unlimited classes at all the participating venues.  It also includes discounts and perks at a variety of businesses, including partner venues.  Most venues limit you to three classes per billing cycle and that resets when the new billing cycle begins.

 

Do you have a friend referral program?
Yes. Every time one of your friends requests and invite using your unique referral link and purchases a JumpIt Pass membership, you will receive $20 off your next billing cycle.  The amount of referral credits you can earn is unlimited and you can view your current credits in your user settings.

 

 

What areas does JumpIt Pass serve?
Currently we serve the DC Metro area.  We are quickly growing and plan to serve other areas very soon so please check back often to see where we have expanded to.

 

Where can I get information on a particular venue?
You can click HERE to see a list of participating venues.  You can also click on a venue name to learn more when you are logged into your account.  Each venue has a dedicated page to give more information, including photos and class location.  We strongly suggest reviewing a venue’s page after booking a class you have not been to before.

 

Where can I see more information on a particular class?
When you are logged into your account, you can click on the name of the class for a full description.

 

How do I reserve a class?
You can search for classes by type, child’s age, location, date and time. Once you’ve found the class for your child to attend, click the blue plus sign and “Book Class” and you will receive a class reservation confirmation email. It’s that easy!

 

How far in advance can I book a class?
You can book a class up to 14 days in advance.

 

How will I know if the class was properly booked?
You should receive a confirmation email within two minutes of booking the class.

 

Why can’t I book some of the classes in the class list?
Some possible reasons you might not be able to book a class:

– You have already exceeded the number of classes you can take from that particular vendor during the billing cycle. The limit for the vendor can be seen in the vendor description.

– Your child is not in the proper age range for the class.

– There are no spots left in the class.

– You already booked a class at the same time as the one you are trying to book. You can always go to ‘Classes Booked’ and if the class is not within 24 hours, you can cancel the class.

– You exceeded the maximum number of classes you can have booked at any give time. The current maximum is 6.

The class says there are spots left but when I try to book it says it is full, why?
There are many people on the website at the same therefore there is a chance multiple people might see a class with one or two spots open but by the time you click book someone else has already taken the spot.

 

Can I cancel a class I have booked?
Yes, you can cancel a class up to 24 hours before it starts by clicking ‘Classes Booked’ then the minus sign.  Please make sure to cancel in advance in order to allow others to take your spot.

 

What if I do not show up for a class that I have booked?
If you miss a class without canceling 24 hours prior, you are subject to a $20 cancellation/no show fee.

 

How long is a JumpIt Pass membership cycle?
Each membership cycle is one month in length beginning on the date of purchase, and will automatically renew on the same day each month. For example, if you purchase your pass on September 1st, your membership will auto-renew on October 1st. Unused classes do not roll over into the next membership cycle.

 

How can I change my credit card information?
You can go to your settings tab and change your credit card information anytime.

 

How can I change my password?
You can to your settings tab and change your password from there.

 

Can I put my account on hold?
Yes, you can pause your membership at anytime.   While you are on hold, you will be charged $19 per month and have access to one class per month.  You can stay on hold for as long as you would like – there is no limit to the amount of time you can remain on hold, and no fee when you return to regular membership.

 

Can I cancel my account?
While we really really wish you would reconsider, you can go to your account settings, click on credit card information and cancel your account. All payments are nonrefundable and there are no credits or refunds for partially used membership periods.

 

Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet, but we are working on it and hope to have one for you soon!
